Scanner Soundlink FitShape S2
The FitShape S2 3D ear impression scanner marks the beginning of a precise and efficient digital workflow. This fully automatic desktop device captures the surface structure of the ear impression using advanced structured-light technology and delivers high-resolution scan data with an accuracy of ≤ 20 μm.
Modeling ElementS
Using Dreve’s proprietary slicing software, ElementS, an STL file is converted into a printer-readable format. Uploading to the printer is direct and straightforward.
Print Profiles Material Specifications
Each print profile contains all necessary parameters, such as exposure times, to process a specific resin on a given printer type. All profiles have been carefully developed and precisely calibrated by the in-house process engineering team. Multiple profiles are available per material, tailored to each application.

Printer Phrozen Sonic CS+/LS+
The 3D printers, manufactured and calibrated in Unna, ensure optimal print results. The build platform, made of specially hardened aluminum, allows for a large build volume while keeping acquisition and maintenance costs low.
Cleaning FotoWash
The washing unit effectively removes excess resin that adheres to printed parts after the printing process. Cleaning profiles for compatible resins are pre-installed.
Post curing PCU vario 40
A powerful post-curing unit is crucial for perfect results. For a validated process, parts must be post-cured after cleaning to achieve the final material properties.
